Skavstalund Blocks – for those who want to be involved in building and developing Skavsta
On the 5.7-hectare area, which was previously a long-term car park, there are initially plans for two buildings of 2,500 square meters each. The premises will be adapted for those businesses that can take advantage of the strategic location at Stockholm Skavsta Airport, the E4 highway and the East Link, the future railway with travel center at Skavsta.
Skavstalund is the ideal location for:
- service operations
- manufacturing industry
- warehouse
- repair shops
- businesses in need of premises for materials or equipment, such as electrical, machine, scaffolding and construction companies
There is access to large outdoor areas for those with space-demanding activities. The entire business park is fenced and camera surveilled.

Arlandastad Group, through its subsidiary Stockholm Skavsta Airport AB, has entered into a joint venture with Fjellskärs Gård AB for the development of Skavstalund.
