Arlandastad Group owns and operates two of Sweden's largest development areas. In both Skavsta and Arlanda, the state and municipality are implementing billions in new infrastructure investments.

To create value, we develop areas where businesses have great opportunities to grow by building and developing, selling and managing properties in Arlandastad and Skavsta. In cases where we see that we can add value, we also run operational businesses. We work in close collaboration with society, the state and municipality to ensure infrastructure solutions, community investments and effective decision-making processes.

290 hectares in Arlandastad

In Arlandastad, Arlandastad Group owns a 290-hectare land area with a strategic location near Stockholm Arlanda Airport, the E4 highway and between Stockholm and Uppsala — a destination for people and companies to collaborate and develop. In close collaboration with partners, we are developing the location with a long-term horizon. Already today, businesses such as Volvo, Renault, Toyota, Autohero and Carglass are established here within the framework of Drivelab — a hub for the automotive industry with test tracks, training and event facilities and more.

In Arlandastad you will also find Ahlsell, Byggmax, Scandic Hotels, Strawberry Quality Hotel, Scandinavian XPO — a meeting and event arena with more than 700 hotel rooms, and Nybygget — a display area for houses from Sweden's leading house manufacturers.

An infrastructure hub where the Swedish state invests billions

Our development areas in Arlandastad and Skavsta border the airports Arlanda Stockholm Airport and Stockholm Skavsta Airport. We specialize in developing large areas at infrastructure hubs — where the state invests billions in infrastructure expansions.

We work in close collaboration with society, the state and the municipality to ensure infrastructure solutions, community investments and effective decision-making processes. In Arlandastad, we do this, among other things, through Arlandastad Group's co-ownership of Airport City Stockholm – a collaboration with Swedavia and Sigtuna Municipality. Our common goal is to work for a city that, with its exceptional location, provides opportunities for people and companies to grow.
