Step by Step Towards Climate Neutrality and Halved Emissions
The goals for 2030 are clear – climate neutrality and halved emissions from our project operations.
Actively contributing to a climate-neutral and circular construction sector happens in several stages, where material and waste flows, as well as energy consumption, are key. We follow our climate roadmap in collaboration with other stakeholders. Through Klimatarena Stockholm, where we have signed the climate pledge for a climate-neutral construction sector in Stockholm County by 2030, and together with Fossil-Free Sweden, we are working to accelerate the climate transition.
As the goal is to halve emissions from our project operations by 2030, we are actively working to reduce greenhouse gas emissions throughout the entire production chain. This means that when developing land, we take responsibility for natural resources, biodiversity, and water management. To verify and increase our traceability and transparency, we have routines for tracking climate data, system support for sustainability data, and we offer the option to sign green leases.

The energy question is a large, complex, and fundamental issue. Through our energy strategy, we take a comprehensive approach to energy in order to reduce our own direct climate impact and enable a sustainable transition of the energy system at large.
